Town of Hastings Dissolution

On November 7, 2017, more than 80 percent of Hastings voters cast a ballot to dissolve the Town of Hastings. As a result, all Hastings residents reside in unincorporated St. Johns County effective March 1, 2018. Residents now benefit from lower ad valorem taxes, decreased water and wastewater utility rates, and increased service levels.
